Day 2 of the Pink Rock clean- up of Ger Dohertys field has been postponed due to bad weather and high tides. Thanks to everybody who came down and helped yesterday, it made a huge difference with only a very small area now left to clean. Unfortunately today, the field is flooded again, though thankfully it's just water and there's no rubbish floating in it again. Clean-up of the area at the Lagoon is postponed until further notice.

Bin bags and gloves have been provided, so what we really need now is our good people to step up to the plate, and give an hour or two of their time on either day to help clean up the field. Grab ...Read Full Post »
